SCOTLAND NECK: Mr. Willie Jr. Mutts, 58, passed away peacefully at his residence on Thursday, July 7, 2011. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 13, 2011 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM in the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, 109 W. 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2011 at 2:00 PM at Mary’s Chapel Baptist Church, Scotland Neck, NC. Burial will follow in the Staton Memorial Cemetery.
