TARBORO, NC: Mr. William Melvin Hall, 66, of Scotland Neck, NC passed away on Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at Vidant of Edgecombe, Tarboro, NC. A viewing will be held on Monday, July 8, 2013 from 12:00 Noon - 1:00 PM at Mary’s Chapel Baptist Church, Scotland Neck, NC. Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 PM with Rev. Cooley Wade, officiating. Burial will follow in Mary’s Chapel Church Cemetery.
