Obituary
Wilson, NC: Rosa Mae Smith Outlaw, 61, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023.
A floating visitation will be held on Friday, June 23, 2023, from 4:00 – 6:00 PM at the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, Inc. 109 W 5th St, Scotland Neck, NC 27874.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, June 24, 2023, at 2:00 PM at Mount Calvary Baptist Church, 6734 Thirteen Bridges Rd., Enfield, NC 27823. Interment will follow in the Staton Memorial Cemetery.
Due to COVID-19 and to protect our families, visitors, and staff, New Beginnings Funeral Service, Inc. will follow all CDC guidelines by implementing social distancing, limiting the number of persons in attendance, and requiring wearing masks for all services.
