RICH SQUARE, NC - Mr. Roy J. O’Phelia, 66, entered into eternal rest on October 17, 2010 at his residence. A viewing will be held on Friday, October 22, 2010 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM in the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 23, 2010 at 1:00 PM at the Willow Oak A.M.E Church Cemetery with Rev. William V. Lucas presiding.
