SCOTLAND NECK, NC: Mr. Robert Lee Mutts, 56, of Scotland Neck, NC, passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2015. A visitation will be held on Friday, August 7, from 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM in the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, 109 W. 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 8, 2015 at 12:00 Noon at Mary’s Chapel Baptist Church with Rev. Frank Holiday, officiating. Burial will follow in Staton's Memorial Cemetery.
