GREENVILLE, NC: Ms. Rachel Batts Moore, 90, of Scotland Neck, NC passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2013 at Vidant of Greenville. A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2013 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM in the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, 109 W. 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC. Private funeral services will be held on Friday, November 15, 2013 12:00 noon in the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, 109 W. 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC. Burial will follow in the Kehukee Church Cemetery.
