ROANOKE RAPIDS, NC: Mr. Monte Larrell Hines, 24, of Scotland Neck, NC passed away on Monday, October 28, 2013. A visitation will be held on Friday, November 1, 2013 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM in the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, 109 W. 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, November 2, 2013 at 2:00 PM at the Scotland Neck Municipal Auditorium, 1310 Main Street, Scotland Neck, NC 27874. Burial will follow in Staton's Memorial cemetery.
