TARBORO, NC: Mr. Minor Wiggins, Sr., 89, of Scotland Neck, NC, passed away on Thursday, February 19, 2015 at Tarboro Nursing Center, Tarboro, NC. A visitation will be held on Monday, February 23, 2015 from 12:00 Noon - 3:00 PM in the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, 109 W. 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 at 1:00 PM at Mary's Chapel Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
