LENORA WHITAKER Obituary

SCOTLAND NECK, NC – Ms. Lenora Whitaker, 94, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 25, 2011 at Rex Healthcare Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina. A visitation will be held on Friday, January 28, 2011 from 6:00 – 8:00 PM in the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, 109 W. 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, January 29, 2011 at 11:00 AM, at Crowell Baptist Church, 4603 Highway 481, Halifax, NC, 27839 with the Rev. Gregory Evans officiating. Interment will follow in Staton’s Memorial Cemetery.
