GREENVILLE, NC: Mr. Joseph Whitaker, 68, of Scotland Neck, NC passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2013 at Vidant of Greenville, Greenville, NC. A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2013 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM in the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, 109 W. 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC. Funeral services will be held on Friday, July 12, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Shiloh Baptist Church, Scotland Neck, NC. Burial will follow in Staton Memorial cemetery.
