TARBORO, NC: Mr. James Edward Neville, 67, of Tillery, passed away on Sunday, October 6, 2013 at Vidant Edgecombe Hospital, Tarboro, NC. A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM in the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, 109 W. 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 13, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Galilee Baptist Church, 6417 Highway 561,Tillery, NC, with Rev. Dr. James C. Williams, officiating. Burial will follow in the Shields cemetery.
