WARRENTON, NC: Mr. Herbert Lee Cotton, Jr, 47, formally of Scotland Neck, NC passed away on September 28, 2013. A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 5, 2013 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM in the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, 109 W. 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, October 6, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Williams Chapel Baptist Church, Scotland Neck, NC. Burial will follow in Staton's Memorial cemetery.
