SCOTLAND NECK, NC- Mr. Gerson Smith, Jr. passed away on Sunday, July 19, 2009 at Pitt Memorial Hospital, Greenville, NC. Visitation will be held on Friday, July 24, 2009 at Kingdom Empowerment Ministries, 27475 Highway 125, Scotland Neck, NC from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 25, 2009 at 1:00 PM at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 13668 Old 125, Scotland Neck with the Rev. J.J. Johnson, Pastor, officiating. Burial will follow in the Staton Memorial Cemetery.
