SCOTLAND NECK, NC: Mr. Frank Roosevelt Smith, Jr., 56, passed away on Tuesday, February 17, 2026.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, February 28, 2026, at NOON at Mary's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 7079 Mary Chapel Rd, Scotland Neck, NC 27874. Interment will follow in Staton Memorial Cemetery.
