TARBORO, NC: Ms. Frances Elnora Blackstock, 78, passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025.

A floating visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, Inc. 109 W. 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC 27874.

Funeral Services will be held on Sunday, January 19, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Mary's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, 7079 Mary Chapel Rd, Scotland Neck, NC 27874. Interment will follow in the Mary's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Scotland Neck, NC 27874.
