SCOTLAND NECK, NC: Ms. Emma M. Dixon, 79, of Scotland Neck, NC passed away on November 6, 2013. A visitation will be held on Saturday, November 9, 2013 from 3:00 - 7:00 PM in the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, 109 W. 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, November 10, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Williams Chapel Baptist Church, Scotland Neck, NC. Burial will follow in Staton’s Memorial Cemetery.
