SCOTLAND NECK, NC: Mr. Elbert Hampton, 75, of Scotland Neck, NC passed away on Wednesday, December 25, 2013. A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2013 from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM in the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, 109 W. 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC. Funeral services will be held on Sunday, December 29, 2013 at 12:00 Noon at Kehukee Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
