Virginia, VA: Ms. Delcie Lee Foreman, 93, passed away on Tuesday, April 5, 2022.

A floating visitation will be held on Monday, April 11, 2022, from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM at the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, 109 W. 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC 27874. 

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at 1:00 PM at Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, 109 W. 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC 27874. Interment will immediately follow in the Shield's Family Cemetery in Tillery, NC.    

Due to COVID-19 and for the protection of our families, visitors, and staff; New Beginnings Funeral Service, Inc. will be following all CDC guidelines by implementing social distancing, limiting the number of persons in attendance, and requiring the wearing of masks for all services.
