Tarboro, NC: Albert Joyner, Jr., 51, passed away on Thursday, September 14, 2023.

A floating visitation will be held on Friday, September 22, 2023, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of New Beginnings Funeral Service, Inc. 109 W 5th Street, Scotland Neck, NC 27874.  

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023, at 12:00 PM at Long's Chapel Ministries, 304 North Beech Street, Hobgood, NC 27843. Interment will follow in the Joyner Cemetery, Hobgood, NC 27843.

Still, due to COVID-19 and to protect our families, visitors, and staff, New Beginnings Funeral Service, Inc. will follow all CDC guidelines by implementing social distancing, and requiring wearing masks for all services.
